Operations Overview

Generation history, logs, audit, support features, and current operational boundaries.

Operations overview

The Suite exposes operational views for teams that run Epistola, without turning Learn into a full operator manual.

Generation and consumers

The Generation area shows generation activity and job state. Consumer-related views support result collection and connected integrations, but the broader Consumer Management API is not public product documentation yet.

Logs and audit

Application logs are available in the Suite for short-term troubleshooting. They are retained for a limited operational window and are designed to be non-blocking.

The audit log records security and administration events without storing document or case content. It is intended for accountability.

Support features

Some support surfaces are feature-gated:

  • Support feedback is stable and enabled by default.
  • Backups are beta and support-tier gated.
  • Compatibility checks are stable support functionality, surfaced in the Suite as upgrading support.

Render worker

The slim render worker is a beta operational option. It is implemented, but it is not the default user-facing path documented in the authoring and generation guides.
