After generation succeeds, download the PDF so the case can continue.
Add the download step
- Place the download step after the successful wait path.
- Choose the generated document from the previous step.
- Store the downloaded file where the next task can use it.
- Route the case to review, storage, or sending.
Show the document to users
Use the task form to show the PDF inline, offer a download button, or both. Keep the task focused on the user’s next action: review, approve, send, store, or retry.
Good practice
Show clear status text when the document is not ready or failed. Avoid showing technical file or job details unless the user is troubleshooting.
