Control who may configure, generate, preview, and download Epistola documents in Valtimo.
Admin and authorization
Configure access so users only see documents through the case tasks they are allowed to use.
Configure administration
Give plugin administration access only to people who may manage the Epistola connection and project setup.
Configure task access
Users should preview or download a document only from the active task or case where they have access. Test this with a user who has access and a user who does not.
Configure system access
The connection from Valtimo to Epistola should have only the permissions needed for the process. Do not use broad administrator access for ordinary document generation.
Review access
Review access before go-live and after role changes. Remove old connections and unused user permissions.
