Use the same stable Valtimo plugin from Valtimo and GZAC to request, preview, review, and retry Epistola documents.

Valtimo / GZAC plugin overview

GZAC is an implementation of Valtimo and uses the same Epistola plugin. Use it when a case process should generate a document from an Epistola template.

What users can do

  • Select an Epistola template in a Valtimo process.
  • Send case information to the document fields.
  • Wait until the PDF is ready.
  • Preview a document before final generation.
  • Show the generated PDF in a task.
  • Let users retry when the document needs corrected information.
  • Install shared template packages for a project or demo.
  1. Prepare and publish the template in Epistola.
  2. Configure the connection in Valtimo.
  3. Add the document generation step to the case process.
  4. Map case information to document fields.
  5. Add the wait, success, failure, and review steps.
  6. Test the full case with realistic examples.
