One ecosystem, three distinct roles
Customer, Custodian, Official Partner and Expert are not synonyms. Custodians and Official Partners are organisations that have made a public commitment; an Expert is a person. The badges in the directory show exactly which commitment an organisation has made.
Epistola Custodian
An organisation that actively contributes funding, committed labour, or both to the maintenance, security and continuity of Epistola's source code.
Official Epistola Partner
An organisation with an active partner agreement that delivers one or more official Epistola services: Hosting, Consultancy or Training.
Epistola Expert
A person the Epistola team recognises for proven expertise with Epistola, whether they work at a customer, at a partner or independently.
