Alpha checks that compare template examples with contract and accessibility expectations before publication.
Quality checks
Quality checks are an alpha capability. They help authors find risky template changes before a template is published or handed to an integration.
The checks run against saved template examples, not against live case data. They are intended for authoring feedback and regression checks, not for validating every production generation request.
What is checked
The current quality area focuses on signals that authors can act on:
- Whether example data still satisfies the template data contract
- Whether the template can render from its examples
- Whether PDF output exposes accessibility and archival issues that should be fixed in the template
- Whether referenced assets, fonts, stencils, and expressions still resolve
Where to find it
When the quality feature toggle is enabled, the Suite exposes a quality page for a tenant. The report shows the latest check results for templates and examples.
The editor-side panel is not a complete feature yet. Treat the quality page as the source of truth for the alpha.
Limits
Quality checks are intentionally conservative. A green report means the checked examples still work; it does not prove that every possible case will render correctly. Keep representative examples with each template, especially for optional blocks, lists, and language or brand variants.
