Use this scenario as the target shape for a first working implementation.

Scenario

  1. A shared catalog installs the starting template.
  2. An author checks the template, examples, and reusable parts in the Suite.
  3. The author publishes and deploys the approved version.
  4. A Valtimo case reaches the step where the document is needed.
  5. Valtimo sends the case information to Epistola.
  6. Epistola generates the PDF.
  7. Valtimo waits, downloads the PDF, and shows it to the user.
  8. The user reviews, downloads, stores, or retries the document from the case task.

This keeps the workflow understandable: Valtimo owns the case, Epistola owns the document.
